This shift would include 1-2 weekend brunch and 1-2 dinner shifts weekly.
Up to $20/hr based on experience + paid vacation. Here you will be part of a team that is passionate about cooking & the fresh, genuine ingredients that are used to create a level of flavor not found elsewhere. We specialize in rustic, bistro-style, global cuisine so creativity & a knowledge of a variety of ethnic cooking concepts is needed. The right candidate will be responsible for cooking & plating all varieties of food including sauces/sides, pastas, fish, poultry, meats, + brunch dishes, by a variety of techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, & braising.
