LINE COOK
Working closely with the Chef/Owner, you will be part of a team that is passionate about cooking. We specialize in rustic, bistro-style, global cuisine so creativity and a knowledge of a variety of ethnic cooking concepts is desired.
Good pay + vacation, sick-pay, profit sharing, 401K.
5 dinner shifts per week, Tues-Sat.

BUSSER
Bussers aim to support other team members by cleaning & resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, & bringing guest's need to the attention of the servers. They also restock necessary pick-up items, carry soiled dishes to the dishwasher, & ensure the availability of clean dishes, glassware & flatware. Suitable candidates should be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills as well as be able to lift 20lbs and walk the entire shift. Also having barback experience, is a plus. Dinner shifts, Tues-Sat.
