HOST (THUR/FRI/SAT):
Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, a couple to several hours per night + additional weeknights for Cubs' games and special events as the season unfolds.
Our hosts are responsible for the initial welcoming & seating of guests, answering phones, taking & processing pick-up & delivery orders, maintaining accurate guest counts & wait times, helping servers & bussers when asked, & continually monitoring the overall atmosphere of the restaurant to ensure a comfortable & warm experience is had by all guests.
We are walk-in focused & hosting here is done without the use of a computer system so restaurant hosting experience is a plus, along with a great attitude & friendly demeanor.
Averages $23-25/hr with carry-out & delivery tips.

BUSSER (TUES-SAT / 5 DINNER SHIFTS)
Bussers aim to support other team members by cleaning & resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest's need to the attention of the servers. They also restock necessary pick-up items, carry soiled dishes to the dishwasher, and ensure the availability of clean dishes, glassware & flatware.
Suitable candidates should be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills as well as be able to lift 20lbs and walk the entire shift.
