Presented by PR Italian Bistro & Cream Wine Company, this is the first in our series of Chef's Table events & what a wild, adventurous culinary event it will be. Not only will Chef Stefano expertly prepare camel, elk, kangaroo, wild boar, pheasant, venison, rabbit, & alligator; a fun game (with prizes!) will keep you guessing as to which dish for each course will be yours. A welcome cocktail will greet you; red & white wine pairings throughout your three-course meal will make this night a blast. You'll sample four incredibly unique, mind-blowing gins - citrusy, floral, cream-kissed & spicy; then you'll taste each of our vermouths - dry & sweet; jammy, floral & herbal. From there you can choose your favorite combo & garnish to build your own martini or order from one of our creations.
A seasonal, monthly event featuring a free rosé tasting from 7-9pm along with a swine-of-all-kinds charcuterie board ($8 for one, $15 for two) available all evening. No tix to purchase, just come & celebrate rosé season with us.
