Born and raised in Venice, Head Chef & Owner, Stefano Roman, arrived in Chicago at the age of 33. He began cooking professionally simply because his natural, incredible talent enabled him to do so.
Brought up by the rich traditions of European home cooking, PR Italian Bistro specializes in rustic, 'bistro-style', Italian-inspired, global cuisine. Stefano's talents are further showcased in his daily blackboard menu, where his creativity shines and dishes are composed based on his imaginative cravings and local market availability.
